Prospection — privacy
This page says what the tool records about the people who use it. It is a promise the code keeps.
What is recorded
Your Google e-mail address (nothing else from your Google account: the sign-in asks only for "openid email"); when you sign in and out; the substations, analyses and proposals you open; the analyses you run and the settings you change; the address and browser of each sign-in.
Why
Access is personal and approved by an administrator. The record lets the administrators see who uses the tool and how, and keeps the history of every analysis.
How long
Sign-ins, sessions and activity are deleted after 12 months. A person whose access was refused or removed is deleted 12 months after that decision.
Where
On a server in Germany, in a database only the administrators can reach.
